  Direct-to-consumer order fulfillment.

  Two methods of electronic ordering:
   1. ANSI Standard x.12 EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions over the Internet using FTP.
   2. A flat file order transmission method (e-Orders) managed by a 3rd party service provider.

Requirements to utilize IEI's drop-ship services:

  Obtain an open credit line of at least $25,000 through the credit application process.
  Develop an electronic method of order transmission (EDI or e-Orders).
  Execute a Distribution and Fulfillment Agreement.
